Send Job Photos is an owner-operated service. A contractor’s crew uploads job-site photos; the service files them, builds a job record, and prepares posts for that contractor’s own social accounts.

What is collected

How it is used and shared

Only to run the service: filing job records, preparing posts for the contractor’s own accounts, and billing. It is never sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to train machine-learning models. It is handled by the server host (Hetzner), the payment processor (Stripe, which alone holds card and bank numbers), the AI provider that drafts captions from the job description (Atlas Cloud), a map service that looks up the business’s city once at setup (OpenStreetMap), and whichever platforms the contractor connects (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile).

How long it is kept

Photos and job records are kept while the contractor is a customer, because the record exists to be available years later if a claim about the work arises. Server logs about 90 days. Billing records as long as tax rules require.

Security

Traffic is encrypted. Access is limited to the owner-operator. Job records are append-only and photos carry hashes, so later alteration is detectable. This is a single-operator service with no formal security certification, and this page does not claim otherwise.

Your choices

To ask what is held, request a correction, or request deletion, email support@sendjobphotos.com. Answered within 30 days. Not directed to children.

Google account access

When a contractor connects their Google Business Profile, the service uses that authorization only to add the contractor’s approved job photos to their own profile. It reads only what it needs to confirm it is the right business, accesses no other Google data, and the contractor can disconnect at any time. Separately, the operator runs a private tool for his own YouTube channel under an authorization he grants to himself; it touches that one channel only.
