Terms of Service

Send Job Photos is run by Samuel Martinez in California. These terms cover this website, the photo-upload service, free trials and paid plans. Plans are for businesses: by starting a trial or subscribing, you confirm you are signing up for your business.
Free trial
- Your free trial lasts 14 days. No card is needed to start it.
- When the trial ends, your account becomes view-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged unless you choose one.
- If you don’t choose a plan within 30 days of the trial ending, the trial account is closed. We may delete its photos and data after that.
Paid plans
- Monthly, renews on the 1st. You pay in advance by card or bank debit through Stripe, at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel. Your first month is charged for the days left in that month.
- Month-to-month or a 6-month term. You choose when you sign up. Month-to-month has a one-time $149 setup fee on your first bill. The 6-month term has no setup fee and commits you to 6 monthly payments, counted from your first renewal on the 1st; after that it continues month to month.
- Cancel online. Use the Cancel button on your account page, or email us. There’s no cancellation fee. Month-to-month plans run to the end of the month you’ve paid for, then stop. On a 6-month term, cancelling stops the plan when the term ends, and the remaining months of the term are still billed. Partial months are not refunded.
- First-month guarantee. If you aren’t happy with the work in your first paid month, email us and we’ll refund that month in full.
- Changing plans. Upgrades start right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller plan starts on your next renewal date.
- Setup fee. The $149 setup fee is refundable until we start setting up your accounts, and not after that. Optional services such as “Built to Get Found” are quoted and billed separately.
- If a payment fails. We retry automatically and email you a link to fix it. If the bill is still unpaid 7 days after the renewal date, posting pauses. Nothing is deleted, and your crew can keep uploading. Posting resumes as soon as the payment goes through.
- Price changes. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a price change, with a way to cancel if you’d rather not continue.
- Taxes. Prices don’t include taxes. If a tax applies, it shows on your invoice.
Posts
A “job post” is one job’s photos published to each platform you’ve connected (Facebook, Instagram and Google). Your plan includes a set number of job posts each month, and unused plan posts don’t carry over. Extra posts you buy never expire and go out once the month’s plan posts are lined up. Unused extra posts are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Custom design work is billed at the hourly rate you agree to when you request it.
Using the service
- Upload only photos you took, or that you are authorized to submit, for the job they are filed under.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to access another business’s records.
Your photos and your accounts
Your photos and job details stay yours. You let us store them, edit them (light, color, clarity and your logo, never changing what the work shows), write captions, and publish the posts you approve to your own accounts. We’ll ask before using any of your photos to promote Send Job Photos. You can disconnect your accounts at any time.
When you leave
Posts already published stay on your pages. You can download your full photo archive free for 30 days after your plan ends, and your JobLedger job records for 12 months. After that we delete them, except billing records we must keep for taxes.
Problems, liability and changes
Email us first. We’d rather fix it than fight it. This is a small, owner-operated service provided as is, without warranty, and it may be unavailable at times. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month. These terms are governed by California law. We’ll email you before changes to these terms take effect.
